My room was neat & new-fashioned with toothpaste and balcony, for example. Efficient and excellent staff from an early check in to overall service and nothing was trouble for them. The property's location was particularly good, close to town centre. Further, it was close to the lake-awesome, center of town, and the hill.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. The prices are very reasonable considering the fantastic views it provides. The rooms with balconies offer breathtaking views of Queenstown and the lake. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a full kitchen, making it convenient for guests. One of the highlights is the breakfast, served with stunning views of the lake. It's an amazing way to start the day.
All was exceptional, couldn't ask for more.

A delightful stay, everything was superb at Queenstown House Boutique Hotel & Apartments. We were treated to a delicious breakfast spread every morning, with an incredible homemade nutella spread that we couldn't resist. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and comparable to five-star hotels. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

The hotel was located near the city center, but down a steep hill. It was close to a range of restaurants and shops in town. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing advice on things to do in the area.
The parking was limited and challenging to access.

The staff provided exceptional service during my business trip. They were friendly and accommodating, ensuring I had all I needed for a comfortable stay. The homemade breakfasts were delicious, and the views from the dining room were stunning. The hotel's key location made it easy for me to access the city center, and the free parking was a plus.
The bathrooms were slightly dated, and the combined bath/shower situation wasn't ideal. However, the heated towel racks and tiles made up for it.

We spent our Christmas at a boutique hotel and apartments and had a lovely time. The complementary breakfast and exceptional views overlooking the water were fantastic. Located within walking distance of town, this hotel proved to be a great spot for us to stay. It definitely exceeded our expectations.
The steep hill made the walk to town tricky for anyone with mobility issues, but parking was another disadvantage. Finding a spot close to our destination was nearly impossible, making it quite difficult for us during our stay.
